If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unworn condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
